Phonebook functionality is now supported. Any custom user fields created in storm DTA are present when editing user details, when importing and exporting user details in bulk, and when viewing and editing treatment details.

You are now able to configure storm so that the DTA workspace includes up to five custom buttons, each of which opens a pre-defined third-party web site in its own panel.

New queue-level settings allow you configure whether or not Accept/Reject buttons are displayed to agents in DTA when a social media communication is routed to them, and for how long those buttons are available before the communication is returned to the queue.

You are now able to decide whether or not to reassign extensions between users when importing user details.

Enhanced information is provided on call parks.

User details that can be imported now include a WFM template contract.

For situations where agents may be servicing multiple queues, a new method is provided for managing the prioritisation of incoming communications. This method sets an incoming communication’s priority level before it reaches the queue; rules can then be configured to increase this priority level, depending on how long the communication has been waiting. This allows the communication to remain in the same queue until it is answered (simplifying reporting).

This new method is implemented using the new Enable Priority Routing organisation setting.

Note: this new functionality can be used only in conjunction with storm CONDUCTOR™.

The old method is still supported as the default.

You are now able to upload a custom logo into storm in order to display your organisation’s branding in the DTA interface.

Additional information is provided on call forwarding rules and on how the system decides which rule to apply where multiple rules are set.

Additional information is provided on how audio prompt files are managed once they have been uploaded.

An updated description is provided of the Play One-off message field.

A tip is provided on how to simplify logging in.

Minor typographical changes.
