This also applies to calls routed via an ACD treatment that is associated with this site and where the site has no hold music defined for it.

Prevent internet calls

If selected, the system prevents phones at this site for which the Roaming check box is not selected from receiving calls from the internet (as opposed to a dedicated MPLS network).

(This field allows the site to be used in setting up a secure permanent conference room phone.)

Select the locale for this site from the drop-down list. The selected locale affects how outbound calls are routed and is used when configuring outbound call barring for a site.

Note: please contact your support representative before changing this setting as your call routing will be affected.

Leave this check box selected if the organisation-level setting Enable Voice Quality Announcement is to be used to handle voice calls over the internet (with potential degradation of audio quality).

To select a site-specific prompt, clear the check box and then select the required prompt.
