Configure Speed Dial Ranges

Speed dial ranges allow you to define the number ranges to which values must belong to be eligible for inclusion in speed dial profiles.

Speed dial ranges allow you to exclude UC extensions, service numbers, and emergency numbers from use in speed dial profiles. (The numbers to be excluded are stored in a reference file on storm.)

  1. Select Organisations > Speed Dial Ranges.

  1. Enter the values to define the range.
  2. Click Add Range. If the range includes any prohibited numbers, a message is displayed explaining what numbers are excluded and why, so that you can refine the range. Otherwise, the range is added to the list of speed dial ranges.
