  • Queues Module topic.

    Clarification to the 'Calls in Progress' statistic.

    The behaviour of the following real-time statistics has been extended to include interactions that entered storm before today:

    'Total Routed', 'Total Routed Within Service Level', 'Lost in Queue', and 'Lost in Queue Within Service Level'.

    The previous behaviour has been migrated to the following new statistics:

    'Total Routed Today', 'Total Routed Within Service Level Today', 'Lost in Queue Today', 'Lost in Queue Within Service Level Today'.
  • Queues Events topic. As in the Queues module, the behaviour of the following real-time statistics has been extended:

    <Queue> Calls Routed From Queue
    <Queue> Calls Routed Within Service Level
    <Queue> Calls Lost In Queue
    <Queue> Calls Lost Within Service Level

    And the previous behaviour has been migrated to the following new statistics.

  • Agent Group Module topic. The 'Individual User Statistics' panel's Status column now displays additional statuses for social media interactions; new option 'Anonymise Agent Names' (or 'Anonymise User Names') for hiding the names of agents or users.
  • Queues Module and Queues Events topics. Update to the 'Calls in Progress' statistic and the '<Queue> Calls in Progress' real-time event, which now support SMS text, email, and digital channels (including web chat).
