Welcome to the storm® VIEW™ User Guide.

This document describes the VIEW reporting tool and how to use it for reporting on communication into and out of your storm organisation or contact centre. It is intended for report administrators who need to understand how to build reports, and for contact centre supervisors who need to use the reports to view and monitor day-to-day activity and communication.
