The section Platform Cache has been amended to clarify that each user will typically require no more than 1 Kbyte of platform cache. During a conference call, agents can now click the Take Back button to reconnect to the original caller, and remove other parties from the call. Added a note to clarify that cherry-picking Facebook and Twitter messages, is only available for direct messages, and not public messages. Added a note to clarify that the option to follow, unfollow, request to follow, and retweet a message, is only available for public Twitter messages, not direct messages. |

storm can now be configured so that, when agents are processing secure payments using PADLOCK™, they are either presented with a default payment provider or can choose a payment provider from a list of those set up for your organisation. Existing Web iPath functionality that allows agents to type in a sequence of keypad keys after they have placed a call (in order to navigate a known route through an IVR) is now documented. This functionality has been enhanced to allow agents to enter the keypad key sequence at the same time as they enter the number to be called. Gallery mode allows you to see all participants in a Zoom conference. You can now create, view, join and delete a scheduled Zoom meeting. Meeting notifications can be sent to meeting hosts prior to the start of a scheduled Zoom meeting. Zoom meeting hosts can now share a Zoom meeting invitation. Added an explanation about the Play DTMF tones setting for Web iPath users. |

When searching and viewing social media messages in DTA, messages are grouped by the type of interaction. Advanced support for Jabra headsets is now included, providing additional support for headset buttons for answer, hang-up, volume and mute. Web chats that are ended by the guest are automatically cleared from the agent's display. DTA Web iPath Video users can now blur the video background to mask their location. |

Web iPath settings are now stored with, and accessed in the same way as, other DTA settings. There is new functionality to allow you to select which devices you will use. The system now provides warning messages to advise you when your microphone is muted. |

Zoom meetings are now supported. If you are using a supported version of Chrome or Edge as your browser, storm notifies you of an incoming call when you do not have storm DTA in focus on your screen. The functionality used to access voicemail has been enhanced, and now allows you to delete multiple voicemail messages at the same time. If an agent has set Play DTMF tones on, flat tones are now played when the agent is using an open microphone and speakers. Speed dial profile values are now displayed to agents. For Web iPath users there is now a control to set the camera to be used. Messages are now sent to Web iPath users attempting to perform tasks that require a camera or a microphone, to advise them if they have not enabled the required devices in their browser. They will not be able to perform those tasks until they enabled the required devices. A similar message is displayed to agents if they attempt to log in to Web iPath with their microphone not enabled in their browser. JavaScript is now documented as a browser requirement. Material on installing DTA Managed Package is provided. |

DTA users can now handle Viber messages. DTA users can now handle LINE messages. The keypad screenshot has been updated to reflect design changes. DTA users can now use user-to-user messaging to chat to a single user, or a group of users in a chat room. The Edge browser version required for DTA Web iPath has been updated. For social media messages, a new message progress indicator confirms that the message has been sent. In social media conversations, media attachments can now be viewed in the message history. Web iPath users can now enlarge the video to fill the DTA screen. A note has been added about requirements for two-way video calling. DTA Web iPath now supports video calls between users. Supervisors can now monitor social media messages. The Web iPath Settings page now shows the shortcut keys that have been configured for making and receiving calls. Queue view now displays social media messages, allowing agents to cherry-pick social media messages. Social media messages can now be transferred to other queues. There is a new Settings page for Web iPath users, detailing configuration options. |

Web iPath users are now automatically logged on to Web iPath after they have logged on to DTA. The Web iPath GUI has been modified to accommodate this change of functionality, and the Settings menu is now disabled when you are on a call. For Web iPath users, a notification is now provided when the system is experiencing connectivity issues that may affect sound quality. |
