Take an Incoming Call

Do one of the following depending on the call-handling method that has been configured by your administrator:

• (If you are using an iPath soft phone or a PSTN-paired device) Answer the call on the ringing device.
• (If you are using DTA Web iPath) Click the  button.
• (If you are using a persistent connection) Do nothing. You will hear a beep tone and the call will be connected immediately.

A script might be displayed to help you with the call. Clicking the Agent Script  button toggles the display of the script.

If you are using a supported version of Chrome or Edge as your browser, storm notifies you of an incoming call even when you do not have storm DTA in focus on your screen.

Use the buttons provided to accept or reject the call.
