Handle an Incoming Trustpilot Message

Messages from Trustpilot users appear in the DTA, and are identified by the  icon in the top left of the screen. The message also displays the sender’s name and the Trustpilot account that they sent the message to.

If there has been a previous interaction with the person and you want to see the message history, click the Load previous session button.

Replying to a Message

To reply to a message:

1. Type your response to the message and click Send.

2. To close the message pane, click the Close button.

Note: pressing the ENTER  key will start a new line of text.
