Search Social Media Messages

  1. Enter the name of the person to search for in the search field, and press ENTER.
  2. Select the appropriate message from the results displayed in the history panel.

  1. Click Load previous session, to see the earlier messages between this person and any agent.
  2. Click Load next session, to see later messages between this person and any agent.

Note: the sessions are grouped by the type of social media interaction. For example, if this is a conversation using the LINE application, only messages where this person has communicated via LINE will be displayed. If the item can be seen in the agent's history, then the full interaction history may be displayed.

Note: system administrators can configure storm to send an automated response to an incoming social media message. In an automated response, the sender's name field is shown in black, incoming customer messages are shown in turquoise, and an agent's replies are shown in magenta.
