This data export field displays the sum total of the durations between each message to the guest and the guest's response to the most recent message from any agent.

Example
This data export report shows a web chat session where the guest 'Jake' took a total duration of 51 seconds to respond to messages from agents.

The example above relates to this web chat conversation (the chat was transferred from agent Baz to agent Craig):
Jake's first response to Baz's message sent at 12:46:38 took 33 seconds; the second response (to Craig's message sent at 12:45:56) took 10 seconds, and the third response (to Craig's message sent at 12:46:16) took 8 seconds. These add up to 51 seconds.
