Call Direction

This data export field indicates whether the communication leg is inbound to or outbound from the storm platform

The field value is written to every communication leg generated in an interaction.

Possible Values

Value	Description
I	An inbound communication leg (to storm).
O	An outbound communication leg (from storm).

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call that was answered by an agent (first two rows) and then transferred (third row).
