Detail

The population of this data export field is signalling-system dependent and may not be available in the connected network. If any presentation restriction applies to the address, it is still logged and the CLI Presentation (CLIP) Information field indicates how the address was restricted.

The data export field populates the inbound (I) and outbound (O) legs in interaction scenarios as illustrated below. See also, Communication Legs.

* If the user is not assigned an internal extension number, their name is displayed instead.

** For a call routed according to a call forwarding rule, this is the number of the forwarding destination if the 'Forward Caller CLI' option is set in the user's service type.

*** This is the rebound leg that is generated if the user's attempted cold transfer of the call to a third party fails to connect (for example, because the target rejected or ignored the call) causing the agent's phone to ring again. <n> is the transfer target's telephone number or extension.

Note: for an incoming call, a bracket-enclosed string appended to the originating address denotes the name of the call treatment through which the call was routed. For example, '077009004323 (Customer Service)'. This is the result of the 'CLI Presentation' setting for the treatment.
