This data export field displays the elapsed time between a guest's last message and the end of the web chat conversation.

Example
This data export report shows a web chat session where the duration between the guest's last message to an agent and the end of the session was 4 seconds.

The example above relates to this web chat conversation (the chat was transferred from agent Baz to agent Craig):
Jake's last message to an agent was at 12:46:24 and the session ended at 12:46:28. This gives a difference of 4 seconds.
