This data export field displays the elapsed time between an agent’s last message and the end of the web chat conversation.

Format

The 'Seconds' format shows decimal places; the 'Seconds (Integer)' format does not.

Example

This data export report shows a web chat session where the duration between the agent's last message to the guest and the end of the session was 12 seconds.

The example above relates to this web chat conversation (the chat was transferred from agent Baz to agent Craig):

Agent Craig sent the last message to Jake at 12:46:16 and the session ended at 12:46:28. This gives a difference of 12 seconds.
