Mailbox ID

This data export field displays a unique storm-generated string identifier for the access point- or route plan-level mailbox where a voicemail was deposited, or from where a voicemail was retrieved.

Format

NM_Org<organisation ID>_<ID>

where:

NM stands for Number Management;
<organisation ID> is the Organisation ID; and
<ID> is a storm-generated number

Example

This data export report shows two incoming calls in connection with voicemails.

Row 1: Caller deposits a voicemail to a mailbox with ID NM_Org129_6782

Row 2: Caller retrieves voicemail from the same mailbox
