Route Type

This data export field displays the type of route plan assigned to the storm access point.

Possible Values

One of the following values is written to a record (communication leg):

The field value is written to the inbound leg of all external incoming interactions.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call that was routed to a custom service (a FLOW script).
