LINK Interaction Result
This data export field displays the type of LINK interaction.
This field applies to storm LINK™, where an agent clicks a button in storm DTA to send an interaction link to the external party via an SMS text message (currently, only interaction links to video conferencing are supported).

The external party did not accept the invitation to join the video conference. |

The external party did not join the video conference. This may have been due to the external party using an incompatible browser. |

Agent Disconnected Unexpectedly |
The agent disconnected from the video conference. This may have been caused by a sudden network loss between the agent and storm. |

Success |
A video conference between the agent and the external party took place. |
