Time to Release

This data export field displays the time duration between the call being received by the application and the operator releasing the call into a conference.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

Key to symbols

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.

Format

By clicking the current duration format, you can select another format, which may be more appropriate for your report.

The 'Seconds' format shows decimal places; the 'Seconds (Integer)' format does not.

This data export report shows an incoming call to a conference that was released to a conference in 29 seconds.

Equal to	Greater than	Less than

Remarks

Since this value is measured from when the call was received by the application, it is always greater than the Time to Answer value.
