Answering Operator

This data export field displays the user name of the operator who initially answered a call.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call to a conference that was initially answered by username operator 'OperatorFive'.
