Initial Conference

This data export field displays the name of the first conference joined by the call.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call where the caller joined a conference named Conf_345.
