Answering Operator ID

This data export field displays the unique storm-generated numeric identifier for the storm operator who initially answered a call. It is useful for distinguishing between two operators who have the same name. See also, Answering Operator.

Key to symbols

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.
