Contact Name

This data export field displays the name of the contact (in the MATRIX contact library) who made or received a call.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.
