Contact ID

This data export field displays the unique storm-generated numeric identifier for the contact (in the MATRIX contact library) who made or received a call. It is useful for distinguishing between two contacts who have the same name. See also, Contact Name.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

Key to symbols

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.
