Standard Historical Reports

VIEW delivers a set of standard historical reports ready for you to add to your dashboards. These reports provide useful statistics covering communication across all channels. The reports are of type data export and custom, and draw upon the various historical data sources.

We recommend that you use these reports to help you to save time in setting up your dashboards. If your contact centre configuration, reporting requirements, or both are complex and the standard reports cannot be used out-of-the-box, you can use them as templates to create your own custom reports. Also, the data fields and metrics used in these reports are available for you add to custom reports.
