Subject

For Web Chat 1.0 only.

This data export field displays the subject of the web chat as entered by the guest when they initiated the session.

The field value is written to the inbound leg of all web chat sessions.

Example

This data export report shows a web chat session with a subject of 'Holidays' as entered by the guest.

Filter

Filter by using any of the following options on your chosen value(s):

Equal to		Starts with		Contains		Ends with
Not Equal to		Does not start with		Does not contain		Does not end with

Where available, you can use the Or operator to include multiple values in your filter.
