Possible Values
One of the following values is written to a record (communication leg):

Description |
F |
Finished call, indicating a voice communication. |
M |
Message. This indicates a text-based communication and is either an SMS text message, an email, or a social media message. Use the Message Type field to see the exact message type. |
I |
Instant Message. This indicates a web chat session. |
Example
This data export report shows an email and a voice interaction.
Rows 1 and 2: An incoming email and its reply.
