This data export field displays the duration of a call where a caller entered the voicemail application to deposit a voicemail, or a call where a user logged in to the application to retrieve voicemails or to change voicemail settings.

Key to symbols

The field value is written to the inbound leg of all external incoming interactions.

A value of 0 is written to communication legs in all other calls and text interactions.
