Voicemail Deposited?

This data export field indicates whether a voicemail of over 3 seconds duration was left by a caller to a user or a hunt group.

The field value is written to the inbound leg of all external incoming interactions.

A value of 0 is written to communication legs in all other calls and text interactions.

Possible Values

One of the following values is written to a record (communication leg):

Value	Description
1	A voicemail was deposited.
0	A voicemail was NOT deposited.
