Pulled to Ground?

This data export field indicates whether a twinned device issued a Pull to Ground command (*1). Use this to see which of many twinned devices issued the command.

Pulled to Ground is a storm feature that allows a user to send a call from a twinned device (such as a mobile phone) to a deskphone.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call to user 'bas', which caused his deskphone of IP address 00156527D65C and twinned mobile phone 07700900876 to ring simultaneously (rows 2 and 3).

The Pulled to Ground value of '1' in the second row (and not the third row) indicates that bas dialled the Pull to Ground command *1 on the mobile phone after answering the call on it. The last row shows bas answering the call on the deskphone.
