DTA Initiated?
This data export field indicates whether a call leg was initiated from the agent desktop (storm DTA). Use this to see if a user made outgoing or internal calls from the agent desktop or directly from a deskphone.

Example
This data export report shows outgoing calls made from a deskphone and from storm DTA.
