The 'Seconds' format shows decimal places; the 'Seconds (Integer)' format does not.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call that was answered by an agent (first two rows) and then transferred (third row).

Row 1: The recording duration between the caller and the answering user ('sdodd') was 5 minutes and 59 seconds.

Row 2: The recording duration between the caller and the next user ('bas') was 11 minutes and 47 seconds.

Call recording for a user is determined by settings in the service type assigned to the user. For example, whether recording is enabled; whether all calls are recorded or if the user is allowed to record on demand, and whether calls are recorded after call transfer.
