Caller Priority

This data export field displays the priority level of the contact record (derived from the MATRIX contact library).

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call to a conference where the caller was of priority level 1.
