Caller Operator

This data export field displays the user name of the operator who made an outgoing call to a contact.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.
