Abandoned Conference Name

This data export field displays the name of the conference where a call was abandoned (that is, where the caller hung up before being connected to an operator).

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

Key to symbols

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.
