Abandoned Conference ID

This data export field displays the unique storm-generated numeric identifier of the storm conference where a call was abandoned (that is, where the caller hung up before being connected to an operator). It is useful for distinguishing between two conferences that have the same name. See also, Abandoned Conference Name.

The field captures information reported by the storm MATRIX^® audio conferencing application.

Key to symbols

There is a single inbound leg for an incoming call to MATRIX. An outbound leg is generated when an operator makes an outgoing call.
