Question

Why is data missing from my data export report?

Answer

You may have applied a filter that is excluding the data you wish to see. See Filters in a Historical Data Export Report.

For example, in the following Contact Data Records data export report, The Access field is not showing any data. This is because data to this field is written to inbound legs of calls only and these have been filtered out by the Call Direction = Outbound filter.

Here is the same report with the filter removed. The access numbers are now displayed.
