Share Historical Reports With Your Sub-Organisations

This is a procedural topic for administrators describing how to share any historical report in your organisation with any of your sub-organisations. These reports then become standard reports for those sub-organisations. Report administrators in the sub-organisations cannot edit the reports but can use them as templates when creating their own reports.

Prerequisites

Basic Configuration

  1. Click in the top-right of the VIEW window and then select Template Reports.

  1. Click Add New Record. Type a meaningful name for the new record and then click Create.

  1. In the dialog, select the target sub-organisations and the historical reports you wish to share with them and then click Save.

Report administrators in the sub-organisations can access the shared reports from the Standard Reports section of the historical reports list (for including on their dashboards) as well as open them in the Report Builder (for saving under a different name).
