Change an OUTBOUND Campaign's Status

This is a procedural topic for supervisors and administrators describing how to change the status of an OUTBOUND campaign.

You change the status on an OUTBOUND campaign in a Dial Campaign module (shown below) on a real-time dashboard.

Procedure

In a Dial Campaign module, click the button in the Status column for the campaign whose status you want to change.

Stop or pause the campaign.

The campaign pauses if a time of day schedule is active.

Resume the campaign.

Note that the campaign's status changes to automatically while outside a time-of-day schedule window.

Manually pause the campaign.

The campaign's status changes to .

Note: you cannot change the status of a campaign that is in the 'Not Running' status.
