Rows 3 and 4: 'edred' logged in to a deskphone minutes later at 13:34 acquiring an Agent Calls licence and an additional Inbound Agent licence.
Rows 5 and 6: 'edred' logged out of the agent desktop at 17:04 hence releasing an inbound Agent licence and the Agent E-mail licence.
