Agent Desktop |
A user logged in to or logged out of the agent desktop (storm DTA). |

Agent Desktop Connection Lost |
A user's connection to the agent desktop (storm DTA) was lost. |

Agent Status IVR |
A user changed their status to available or unavailable by dialling into the Change Agent Status IVR module configured in storm UC/CONTACT. |

Clear PSTN |
A user unpaired their PSTN device from the agent desktop (storm DTA). |

Fixed Profile Device |
A user logged in to or logged out of a storm-registered IP device that did not require a user log on. This is typically a meeting room phone but can be a device such as a doorbell or an elevator phone. |

A user logged in to or logged out of a PSTN device that was paired to the agent desktop (storm DTA). |

Refresh Contingency |
storm automatically logged the user in at the beginning of the billing period (typically at the beginning of the month) for the purpose of acquiring concurrent licences (if available) or to continue using contingency licences. |

Scheduled Log Off |
A scheduled log out occurred for all devices in your organisation. This is controlled by an organisation-wide setting. |
