Example
This data export report shows user 'edred's licence usage count when logging in and logging out of devices.
Rows 1 an 2: User 'edred' logged in to the agent desktop (storm DTA) at 13:30 hence acquiring an Inbound Agent licence and an Agent Email licence.
Row 3: The user logged in to a deskphone minutes later at 13:34 acquiring an additional Inbound Agent licence, causing the usage count for this licence type to increase to 2.
Row 4: The user's deskphone logon resulted in the acquisition of his first 'Agent Calls' licence.
Row 5: The user logged out of the deskphone, releasing an Inbound Agent licence and causing the usage count for this licence type to drop to 1.
Row 6: The user's deskphone logoff resulted in the release of his only 'Agent E-mail' licence, causing his usage count for this licence type to drop to 0.
