Voicemail Key Press Data

This data export field displays a hyphen-separated list of menu selections made by the caller while in the pan storm voicemail menu.

The field value is written to the inbound leg of all external incoming interactions.

Note: the voicemail menu can be configured by Content Guru support staff only.

Format

A menu selection is presented as MnAn

Where M means menu; A means option; and n is the sequential position of a menu or option item.

For example, M2A3 means the third option on the second menu.

Example

This data export report shows a caller who dialled extension 1402 to access their voicemail. On access, they entered:

The first option on the first menu, and then

The first option on the second menu, and, finally,

The third option on the second menu.
