The property is configured in the Person Details > Show Extended Details section of the user's properties in storm UC as shown in the illustration below.
Note: a property label other than Miscellaneous 2 may have been used in your UC deployment. It is this label that is used in the name of this data export field. For example, Caller User Miscellaneous 2 or Caller User Division.

This data export report shows an outgoing call made by a storm user.
The caller (bparsons) had a Miscellaneous 2 property setting of 'Red Division'.
