Miscellaneous Field 1 to 20

These are set of twenty data export fields ranging from Miscellaneous Field 1 to Miscellaneous Field 20. Each field displays any interaction data written to the corresponding CDR Misc field ($_Misc_1 to $_Misc_20) in FLOW scripts.

Remarks

In addition to the 20 miscellaneous fields, the Extended Records feature in VIEW allows you to create your own sets (records) of custom miscellaneous fields (columns). You can create up to 50 fields of each data type (string, integer, datetime, float, and Boolean) for use in historical reporting. See FLOW Variables in Historical Reports in the storm VIEW User Guide.
