Last Prompt

This data export field displays the name of the last prompt played to the caller from a FLOW script. This is the name as it appears in storm Media Lists and the options lists in FLOW action cells.

Remarks

The data export field reports a value of 'RedCentrex' for an interaction that passed from a FLOW script to storm UC/CONTACT. This is irrespective of any prompts having been played by the script.
