Possible Values

One of the following values is written to a record (communication leg):

Value

Description

Abandoned

In a live agent non-preview campaign, storm OUTBOUND dropped the call because the queue timeout was reached.

Answered

In a live-agent campaign, the call was answered by the contact who then hung up before the outbound queue timeout was reached.

In an agent-free voice broadcast campaign, the call was answered by the contact.

Busy

The dialled number was busy.

Connected

The call was connected to the contact and answered by an agent.

Agent Disconnect

In a preview campaign, the agent hung up before the outbound call was attempted or while the contact's phone was ringing.

Invalid Number

The dialled number was invalid.

Number Not Allowed

The number was included in a blacklist or excluded from a whitelist.

No Answer

The dialled number was not answered.

Preview - Details Rejected by Agent

The dialler agent rejected the call in a Preview campaign.

AMD

Answer Machine Detection. In a live agent-campaign, an answer machine was detected by an AMD action cell (in the OUTBOUND FLOW script).

<other value>

The last completion code submitted by the agent when the call had ended.
