Original Connected Queue ID

This data export field displays a unique storm-generated numeric identifier for the first queue from which a call was connected to an agent. It is useful for distinguishing between two queues that have the same name. See also Original Connected Queue.

Example

This data export report shows an incoming call (first two rows) that was transferred four times (last four rows). The first queue from which the call was connected to an agent was 'Summer Hols', which had an ID of 7914.
