How the Data Export Fields are Documented
The data export fields are documented under the following sections or headings:
For each field, a brief description is followed by the following summary information:

The size of the fields in bytes. |

Indicates the name of the filter that the field can be filtered on. Not all fields support filters. |

Dimension |

Formats
This is provided if the field value is written in a particular format. For example, the destination address formats for various types of Destination Address such as phone number and web iPath soft phone.
Possible Values
Provided where a field has a fixed set of possible values. For example, the possible values that can be returned for the Call Result in a storm OUTBOUND campaign.
Example
One or more snippets of data export reports showing how the field is populated alongside other fields in a particular interaction. For example, Talk Time in an incoming voice call.

Detail
Where appropriate, this section provides details about the field. For example, the data written to the various communication legs in the Destination Address field for both voice and text-based communication.
Filters (if applicable)
Lists the options or values that the field can be filtered on. For example, the filter options for Wrap Time.
