Outgoing Call Destinations

This report displays the number of manual calls that were made by storm users to external telephone numbers as well as call durations. It allows you to identify the destinations that your storm users called along with the hours of a day when the calls were made. You can filter the dashboard report to show calls to particular telephone numbers.

Metrics

The report is broken down by the Destination Address and Hour of Day dimensions. The following metrics are displayed for each telephone number, or for the hours of the day for a selected number:

Description

Outgoing Calls (Manual)

The number of manual outgoing external calls from your organisation. This includes any attempts to dial external parties during consultation calls.

Outgoing Answered Calls

The number of users whose manual outgoing calls were answered.

Note: a call to a busy number in which the network plays a busy message to the caller is counted as an answered call.

Total Outgoing Talk Duration

The total talk duration on manual outgoing calls.

Avg Outgoing Talk Duration

The average talk duration on a manual outgoing call.

In MM:SS

Total Outgoing Hold Duration

The total hold duration on manual outgoing calls.

In MM:SS

Avg Outgoing Hold Duration

The average duration for which user held a manual outgoing call.

Displays statistics for all telephone numbers.

Yes. Use the filter to include or exclude particular telephone numbers.

To revert to showing all telephone numbers, set the filter to 'Not Equal to' followed by an empty string.
