Incoming Call Originations
This report displays the originating numbers from which calls arrived at storm. It also shows each call duration, which is measured from when the call entered storm to when the call ended. You can filter the dashboard report to show calls from particular telephone numbers.
Note: calls from withheld numbers are included in the statistics.

Dimensions and Metrics
The report is broken down by the Originating Address and Hour of Day dimensions. The following metrics are displayed for each telephone number, or for the hours of the day for a selected number:

Yes. Use the filter to include or exclude particular telephone numbers. To revert to showing all telephone numbers, set the filter to 'Not Equal to' followed by an empty string. |
